Meanwhile, ZOZEN customized the WNS series gas-fired boiler solution according to the actual steam needs of Foman Biopharma. This series of boilers is wetback fire-tube boilers. With a three-pass design, the boiler adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace. A combination of threaded flue tubes and smooth flue tubes is designed to increase the flue gas flow and optimize the heat transfer effect. Besides, energy-saving devices are equipped at the tail of the flue to fully absorb the heat energy and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler to more than 98%, which can reduce operating costs for Foman Biopharma.
